Timothy Ajayi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Petrochemical Science from Tai Solarin University of Education. He is currently completing an M.Sc. in Energy Economics at the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan, specializing in electricity market economics and infrastructure finance.

As the CEO of Frontier Solar, he drives the execution of scalable solar mini-grids and utility-grade clean energy projects that power underserved communities across Nigeria.
With deep expertise in techno-economic modeling, energy access financing, and hybrid system integration, Timothy leads Frontier Solar’s engagements with government agencies, utilities, and financiers. He has successfully structured JV partnerships, overseen EPC coordination, and led the turnaround of government-backed energy assets.
